EdgeTrack

The intelligence and control layer of the Stellarview ecosystem

Recon sees and reasons locally. EdgeTrack reasons across the road network. Every camera and application reports into one command surface that turns corridor-wide events into a single situational picture operators can act on.

Positioning

Centralised dashboard to connect all cameras in the network.

Conventional setups give each camera or roadside unit its own dashboard, then ask operators to hop between screens. EdgeTrack is the intelligence and control layer that puts multiple cameras, details and logs into one command surface.

Conventional

One dashboard, one device

Each camera operates through its own console, keeping details, health and logs siloed. With multiple cameras across a corridor, operators must switch between devices, making it difficult to maintain a single view of the road.

The outcome

Command the corridor, not the tabs

Prioritise alerts, search evidence and push enforcement from one place. The network collates. People decide.

Ecosystem

How the Stellarview stack works together.

Recon and EdgeTrack are partners in one system, not rivals. Cameras reason at the gantry. EdgeTrack is where those many local answers become one network view.

01 · Edge

Recon sees and reasons locally

Global shutter imaging and on-camera models produce plates, classes, speeds, incidents and natural-language understanding at the gantry in milliseconds.

02 · Network

EdgeTrack reasons across the road network

Events, device health, evidence and search from every connected camera land in one dashboard. This is where corridor intelligence lives.

03 · Applications

Line items that report into the layer

VIDS, VSDS, ATCC, VIDES, MTES and ANPR stay specialised at the lane. EdgeTrack is where those specialised outputs become one operations picture.

What a Unified Dashboard Makes Possible

When every camera connects to one shared dashboard, operators gain a complete view of the corridor. EdgeTrack brings network-wide visibility together showing what is happening across the stretch, which cameras are healthy, where evidence is available, and what action to take next.

Every application in one view
Unify

Every application. One view.

Bring ANPR, ATCC, VIDS, VSDS, and other camera events together in the same interface, giving operators a complete network-wide view without switching between separate device applications.

Analytics across the corridor
Reason

Read patterns across gantries

Speed, volume and violation trends are compared corridor-wide, so operators see the network state instead of stitching exports from single-device dashboards.

Device status and uptime
Govern

Fleet health in one view

Live connectivity and uptime for every unit, with an alert the moment a camera drops, without opening that device's private console.

Proof attached to every event
Prove

Shared evidence across the fleet

Plate crop, full frame, timestamp, site, lane and confidence stay attached to the event, searchable from the same multi-camera dashboard.

Compared

Conventional dashboards vs EdgeTrack.

Capability Conventional Dashboard EdgeTrack
Camera visibility One camera / one device All connected cameras
Dashboard Separate console per device Single unified dashboard
Events & applications Distributed across applications ANPR, ATCC, VIDS, VSDS in one view

Operator workflow Switch between devices One surface → one workflow
Who runs the dashboard

Built for teams that outgrew one screen per device.

When the deployment is a corridor, a city stretch or a toll network, hopping between single-device dashboards does not scale. EdgeTrack is the control layer those teams need.

01 · Control rooms

Highway and ATMS desks

Command incidents, violations and device health across the full stretch from one dashboard, without hopping between per-device consoles.

02 · Enforcement

Patrol and interceptor teams

Pull network-raised events with plate, speed and proof already attached, then push validated cases into challan workflows.

03 · Authorities

NHAI PIUs and state agencies

Receive corridor performance as scheduled traffic, health and violation reports, not as a request for someone to export a spreadsheet.

04 · Security

Watchlist and interception desks

Blacklisted vehicles raise the moment they enter the networked gantry set, with location and evidence already joined.

05 · O&M

Concessionaires and operators

Prove uptime and reconcile counts against contract obligations from the same multi-camera dashboard that runs day-to-day operations.

06 · Toll

Plaza and MLFF operations

Match plate reads and classification to lane reality, and retain evidence for every disputed transaction on the network.

07 · Delivery

System integrators

Commission streams and ROIs per camera, then manage the fleet from one place: which unit dropped, which site needs attention first.

08 · Dispatch

Incident and patrol response

Stalled vehicles, wrong-direction entries and debris surface as network incidents with camera and lane already identified.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is EdgeTrack?

EdgeTrack is the centralized monitoring and enforcement platform that connects all Stellarview edge devices. It provides a unified dashboard for violations, incidents, traffic data, device health, and e-challan generation.

What systems does it integrate?

ANPR, VSDS, VIDS, ATCC, and VIDES. All data from all connected edge devices flows into one interface, regardless of whether the device is on a highway gantry, at a toll plaza, or in a city.

What can operators do on the dashboard?

View real-time violation and incident feeds. Filter by location, date, vehicle type, or violation type. Review evidence images. Approve violations for challan generation. Monitor device uptime and health. Generate and download reports.

Does it integrate with NIC for e-challan?

Yes. EdgeTrack connects directly with the National Informatics Centre. Validated violations are pushed for automated e-challan issuance, reducing manual paperwork and ensuring legal compliance.

What alerting options are available?

Dashboard alerts, SMS notifications, and email alerts. Alerts can be configured for incidents (accident, fire, fallen object), device downtime, specific vehicle detections, and system issues.

Who is it designed for?

Highway patrol officers, NHAI PIUs, concessionaires, toll operators, control room staff, city traffic departments, and system integrators. Role-based access ensures each user sees only what is relevant to them.

Does it support GIS-based views?

Yes. The dashboard includes a GIS corridor view showing device locations, live status, and incident markers on a map. This is particularly useful for highway deployments spanning long corridors.

Is it cloud-based or on-premises?

EdgeTrack supports both. Cloud deployment is standard. On-premises deployment is available for government and defense clients with data residency requirements.
