Few moments stand out as clearly as the one where your hard work, belief, and bold thinking are recognized on a big stage. For us at Adagrad, the parent company of Stellarview that moment came at the Maruti Suzuki Accelerator program Grand Finale. It was the culmination of months of ideation, collaboration, and execution. Securing the second runners-up place, in the program’s first global cohort where 26 startups; 19 from India and 7 from Germany pitched innovations; was a powerful validation of our mission to build intelligent, impactful solutions for the future of mobility.
This is the story of how we got there.
The Maruti Suzuki Accelerator, is one of India’s leading startup engagement platforms. Designed to foster open innovation in the mobility space, it offers startups access to Maruti Suzuki’s vast ecosystem, industry connections, mentorship, funded proof-of-concepts, and international immersion opportunities.
When we were selected to be part of this prestigious cohort, we knew we had an edge and not just because of our technology, but because of our preparation. Our team had already secured a live POC at a Maruti Suzuki service centre in Delhi. This meant we weren’t just entering the program with ideas, we were entering with evidence.
Deployed as a live proof-of-concept at a Maruti Suzuki service center in Delhi, ServTrack was built with a clear objective:
Eliminate inefficiencies, reduce delays, and increase throughput at high-traffic service centers.
By leveraging Stellarview’s human-level accuracy ANPR, ServTrack tracked each vehicle’s journey from entry to service completion, capturing critical timestamps for each stage - entry, job card generation, bay allocation, washing, and final exit. These time metrics were analyzed and pushed to Edge Track, our decision engine, to surface workflow bottlenecks as real-time insights.
This allowed the service team to monitor SLA compliance down to the minute. For example, Maruti’s SLA mandates job card creation within two minutes of vehicle entry - a metric ServTrack tracked with precision.
These outcomes translated into higher SLA adherence, better customer experience, and significantly improved revenue potential per day.
This recognition at the Maruti Suzuki Accelerator marks a major milestone in Stellarview’s AI journey. Here's how it propels us forward:
With over 99.7% uptime across 25,000+ deployed cameras, Stellarview’s ANPR has already proven mission-critical in domains like tolling and traffic enforcement. Now, its adaptability has extended to service workflows and mobility operations.
ServTrack is not just about number plate detection - it’s about orchestrating entire operational pipelines using AI. This project marks our evolution from vision AI to end-to-end mobility solutions.
As accelerator alumni, we now gain access to:
Insights from ServTrack are feeding directly into our next-generation innovations:
This milestone marks a proud chapter in the Adagrad journey but it’s far from the last. As we look ahead, we’re driven by a deeper purpose to continue building intelligent, future-ready solutions that make mobility smarter, faster, and more sustainable.
To the teams at Maruti Suzuki Innovation and GHV Accelerator, thank you for believing in the power of startups. And to the Adagrad team, your vision and resilience have brought us here. This is your win. The future of mobility is being written today and we’re thrilled to be part of the story.
