New Delhi, February 2026 — Stellarview, an AI-driven road surveillance technology company, demonstrated its flagship product Recon at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from February 16 to 20. The showcase was part of the NVIDIA pavilion, positioning Stellarview's edge-AI capabilities alongside one of the world's foremost AI infrastructure companies.

The India AI Impact Summit, organized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the IndiaAI Mission, brought together global technology leaders, policymakers, and industry pioneers to chart the future of AI adoption across India. Stellarview's presence at the NVIDIA booth placed it among a select group of companies demonstrating real-world, production-grade AI solutions for national infrastructure.

During the five-day summit, several high-profile leaders visited the Stellarview booth and witnessed live demonstrations of Recon's capabilities:

  • Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi — toured the NVIDIA pavilion and engaged with Stellarview's real-time AI surveillance demonstration
  • Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister for Electronics & IT — reviewed the technical architecture and enforcement capabilities
  • Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh — discussed state-level deployment possibilities for highway safety
  • Shri Nitish Rane — explored the platform's edge-processing and multilingual AI search features

Technical Architecture

Recon integrates a global shutter sensor with on-device AI inference running nine concurrent models for number plate recognition, vehicle classification, violation detection, and natural-language search. The system processes video at 60 FPS, achieves 98% plate accuracy at speeds up to 230 km/h, and returns AI search queries in under 500 milliseconds — all without cloud dependency.

The platform supports India-first multilingual search in English, Hindi, and Marathi, enabling law enforcement personnel to query stored footage using natural-language descriptions such as "red truck with blue tarpaulin" or "man wearing orange turban." This witness-style recall capability is designed for hit-and-run investigations, stolen vehicle tracking, and restricted corridor enforcement.

Deployed across highways and city corridors, Recon has processed over 20 million vehicles and detected more than 1 million traffic violations, serving as a force multiplier for road safety and enforcement agencies.

"Being showcased alongside NVIDIA at a summit of this magnitude validates our approach to edge-AI surveillance for Indian roads. The interest from India's top leadership underscores the national relevance of intelligent, real-time road monitoring infrastructure."
